Credentials of the Competent Person

Business company VYRTYCH a.s., ID No.: 27862470, with its registered office at House No. 116, 294 06 Židněves, File No. in the Commercial Register: B 11596 registered at the Municipal Court in Prague (hereinafter the “Company”), hereby, in accordance with Section 9(2)(b) of Act No. 171/2023 Sb., on the Protection of Whistleblowers, publishes the following information concerning the reporting of possible infringements.

The handling of the agenda related to the reporting of possible infringements was entrusted to Ing. Bedřich Stančík, born on 12 March 1984 (hereinafter the “Competent Person”). A report of a possible infringement may be made to the Competent Person through any of the following internal reporting channels of the Company: · Electronically by sending an email to whistleblowing@sentinel-capital.cz; this email address has been set up solely for the purposes of the internal reporting system, but it is still advisable to include “WHISTLEBLOWING” in the subject line of the email.

In writing by sending a letter to the Competent Person at the address of the Company’s registered office; the envelope should be prominently marked with the word “WHISTLEBLOWING”.

Verbally by calling the Competent person at +420 604 838 709, ideally by sending a recorded voice message.

In person, following a prior request by the reporting person to the Competent Person, in which case the Competent Person shall, without undue delay after receipt of the request, propose a date for a personal meeting with the reporting person, which shall take place no later than 14 days from the date on which the reporting person requested it.

Infringements may also be reported to the Ministry of Justice through the reporting system at https://oznamovatel.justice.cz/.

The Company accepts reports from all persons who are entitled to make a report under the Whistleblower Protection Act.
