Application: The VIPET - N - EM emergency industrial dustproof and waterproof lighting fixtures are suitable for the lightening of areas with danger of explosion. Luminaires are certified in FTZÚ Ostrava - Radvanice (FTZÚ 05 ATEX 0200X certificate). The VIPET- N - EM is fixture for non-maintained emergency lighting. The MULTIVIPET-N-EM is fixture for maintained emergency lighting. The fixtures are suitable for surrounding temperature 0-30°C. Body: The body of the fixture is produced by injection technology. The body material (grey RAL 7035) is PC. The coverage of the fixture is guaranteed by the clamping of polyurethane foam sealing. Cover: The light active cover is produced by injection technology. The optical cover material (transparent colour) is PC. Measured luminous efficiency is 70-79% in accordance with type of the fixture. The cover surface is completely smooth on the outside for easy cleaning. Clips: The system of sealing and locking is provided by means of the clips from stainless steel material. Reflector: The reflector of the fixture is produced from white painted metal sheet 0,6 mm thick. The electronic components are mounted on it. A polished aluminium sheet reflector can be supplied on request. Electrical equipment: Inductive and electronic ballasts, three-pole terminal block without screws for the connection of conductors up to 2,5 mm², G13 antivibration lampholders, moulded electronic starter for areas with danger of explosion For the connection of the electric components 0,75 mm² conductors are used IEC 227, T 105 °C, white and blue-white colour. Fastening system: The fastening of the lighting fixtures guarantees that the dust-proofness and watertightness are not damaged during the mounting. The fixtures are equipped with self-locking clips on which the fixtures are easly fastened. The joint can be taken apart. The VIPET - N - I fixtures can be suspended on a cable by means of self-locking cable suspender. This suspension makes fastening easy and it works with accuracy of ≤ 1 mm. Standard equipment: 2x sealing grommet, 2x fastening spring, 3x sealing plug, stainless steel clips, double clamp for feeding cables.
