Application: The POINTER - N - I luminaires are industrial dustproof and waterproof lighting fixtures for fluorescent lamps, suitable for the lightening of premises with a danger of explosion. The luminaires were certified by FTZÚ, Ostrava - Radvanice (type examination certificate number FTZÚ 02 ATEX 0144X). They consist of a few basic parts: body with sealing, optical cover and a metal sheet reflector with equipment. The lighting fixture is further equipped with fastening elements, sealing grommets and clips. Body: Injection technology is used for the body production. The body material (grey RAL 7035) is PC. The fixture protection is ensured by the clamping of polyurethane foam sealing. Cover: The light active cover is produced by injection technology. The optical cover material (transparent colour) is PC. The measured luminous efficacy is 64 %. The cover surface is completely smooth on the outside for easy cleaning. Clips: For the lighting fixture sealing and locking the clips from stainless material are used. Reflector: The reflector of the luminaire is produced from white painted metal sheet, 0.6 mm thick. All the electric components of the luminaire are mounted on it. A polished aluminium sheet reflector can be supplied on request. Electric equipment: Inductive or electronic ballasts, three-pole terminal block without screws for the connection of conductors up to 2.5 mm², lamp-holders of fluorescent tube. For the connection of the electric components 0.75 mm² conductors are used, IEC 227, T 105 °C, white and blue-white colour. Fastening system: The fastening system of the fixture guarantees that the fixture is dustproof and waterproof even after the mounting. The lighting fixtures are equipped with special self-locking clips, on which the luminaires are easily fastened. The connection can be taken apart. The POINTER - N lighting fixtures can be suspended on a cable by means of self-locking cable suspender. This suspension makes fastening easy and it works with accuracy of ≤ 1 mm. Standard accessories: 2 pcs sealing grommet, 2 pcs fastening spring, 3 pc sealing plug, stainless steel clips, double clamp for feeding cables.
