Application: The BASET-N and MULTIBASET-N luminaires are industrial dustproof and waterproof emergency lighting fixtures designed for lightening of areas with danger of explosion. The lighting fixtures are certified in FTZU Ostrava-Radvanice (certificate type FTZÚ 04 ATEX 0219X). BASET-N is lumianire for non-maintained emergency lighting. MULTIBASET-N is luminaire for maintained emergency lighting. Body: The body of the lumianire is produced by injection technology. The body material (grey RAL 7035) is PC. The coverage of the lighting fixture is guaranteed by the clamping of polyurethane foam sealing. Cover: The light active cover is produced by injection technology. The optical cover material (transparent colour) is PC. The cover surface is completely smooth on the outside for easy cleaning. Clips: The system of sealing and locking is provided by means of the clips from PC material. Reflector: The reflector of the lighting fixture is produced from white painted metal sheet. The electric components are mounted on it. A polished alluminium sheet reflector can be supplied on request. Electric equipment: The emergency unit, battery of emergency unit, three-pole (four-pole) screwless terminal block for connection of conductors up to 2,5 mm², lampholders. The test button and green LED diode are placed on the side accessible during the source replacement. MULTIBASET-I luminaire includes additionally inductive ballast. System of fastening: The fastening of the lighting fixtures guarantees that the dust-proofness and watertightness are not damaged during the mounting. The lighting fixtures are equipped with self-locking clips on which they are easily fastened. The connection can be taken apart. The BASET-I and MULTIBASET-I luminaires can be suspended on a cable by means of self-locking cable suspender. This suspension makes fastening easy and it works with accuracy of ≤1 mm. Another possibility is to hang the luminaires on a chain via a suspension bracket. Standard equipment: 2x sealing grommet, 2x fastening spring, 3x sealing plug, double clamp for feeding cabels. The lighting fixtures are equipped with the luminous source DULUX S/E 9W/21 or DULUX S/E 11W/21 and pictograms.
